Wireless microphone headset for teaching aerobics?

I am an aerobics instructor and I recently purchased a headset microphone. I had no clue what I was shopping for, and bought a very inexpensive one just to try it out. I feel stupid asking, but it is a "wireless" I hook an attachment in the stereo, then plug the headset into the piece that hooks on my pants. My question is, is there a truely wireless microphone that I could just wear the headset and have nothing clipped to me?

1. due to the fact that there is alot of electronic components in the Transfer from you to the speaker there is no Mic that is just the headset.
