USB Stereo Headset

Are there any Bluetooth stereo headsets available where you don’t have to use an adapter for communication?

I have a Sony E W810i and want to use a cordless stereo headset to enable me listening to mp3 and answer calls. As I find on the internet the most Bluetooth stereo headsets requires an extra Bluetooth adapter to enable communication, which I find really annoying to use especially when your phone already supports Bluetooth.
