Is there a headset microphone that is compatible with Rockband for Nintendo Wii?

Trying to figure out the best way to play a Rockband instrument and sing...looking for a wireless headset microphone that is compatible with Wii. (I have Beatles Rockband)

1. I'm not to sure. I know at some game stores you can but microphone stands and such. OR, you can do what me and my friends do and tape the microphone to the sides of our faces and sing. Hurts to take it off though...
