USB Stereo Headset

with phone in, the person hears me, but I don't hear anything?

Before I both the stereo USB headset, I was using a regular headphone and microphone....and same thing. The other party hears me, and I don't,

1. first make sure that your volume is turned up. That should be to the left of where the time is at the bottom of your screen.If it isn't there you will have to go to The start thing and go to control panel,sound,speech and audo divices then go to adjust the system volume. If that doesn't work I have no clue what so ever.That is all I have ever done.
