How do i use headset and computer speakers at the same time?

I have a cable for headphones and mic It has a plug for headphones and a plug for the mic. When I plug those in I only get sound from the head set how can I talk and hear the person on the head set but hear music or game from my computer speakers and not the headset at the same time?

1. Windows is designed to only handle one audio output, so you will need to use a second computer to do that.
